Apple cleverly rebranded AI.

And, not gonna lie, I like it.

Rebranding AI was literally staring everyone in the face.

What other brands missed out on this opportunity?

Amazon?
Air Jordans?
American Cancer Society?

Before another company capitalizes on rebranding AI, I decided to give it a shot.

Because if Apple can rebrand AI, then so can I.

So I challenged ChatGPT to beat Autumn Intelligence in a one-on-one game of copy editing a piece of copywriting.

Okay, here’s the prompt I gave ChatGPT…

“I need your help rewriting a piece of copy. For this task, you will need to think like a copy editor who edits copywriting. You will need to make the copywriting I give you clear, concise, and compelling. Okay?”

Could it rise to the Autumn Intelligence occasion?

Is it clear? Yes.

Is it concise? Double yes.

Is it compelling? Nope.

It’s as bland as black coffee from a gas station.

I could barely pay attention long enough to read the original piece of copy.

ChatGPT’s rewrite is more concise.

But it’s just as boring as the original.

Have I become so jaded by bad copywriting that I have the attention span of a goldfish?

It would explain why I’m so drawn to hot tubs though.
